You are a lot more powerful than the Sun by Mirena Rhee

Your body achieves a higher power density than the Sun’s core because ATP production and the thousands of chemical reactions it drives are packed into the minuscule volume of trillions of cells, running at a mild 37 °C with the help of ultra-efficient enzymes. In contrast, the Sun’s core needs temperatures of 15 million °C and enormous pressure to fuse hydrogen at a relatively leisurely pace, producing far less energy per cubic centimeter. Gram for gram, your cells are far more intense energy factories than the heart of a star—making the human body, in this very specific sense, more powerful than the Sun.

Minimalism for the New Millennium by Mirena Rhee

I was listening to an audiobook about the world of ancient Greece and the author said that Greeks didn't own much and the houses of the rich and the poor didn't differ except in size, they were not minimalists in any way but their houses were very sparse. I think owning many things by many is because of industrial society and industry. In the past that was the prerogative of the very few. Now everyone crams as much as they want in the tight spots we call homes.

What it is to have for me has always been a conundrum. What exactly does it mean, does it mean the proximity of an object that the object is inside your own dwelling, that it's easily accessible to be seen every day or to be touched or handled every day because the only thing I can think of as far as objects is that we have to take care every day to dust them and clean them and they only take the space of air. Very few actual very useful objects. I believe that objects literally suck the life out of us.

I usually much prefer to sit and sleep on the floor because I could easily rest my feet and sit cross legged. I can much easier rest on a bed that's lower on the ground like a Japanese futon, I can lay down and put my feet up when I'm tired from physical exertion. Laying down on the floor is not such an idiotic thing after all. I remember the heated floors in Japan and Korea where I've seen adults literally roll around on the floors relaxing and sleeping so I don't get how we dangle off our couches and beds.

Why Socialism Finds Ground in America by Mirena Rhee

The biggest problem with the way capitalism works in America today is the scarcity of jobs. Many people who are not highly educated or do not have high IQs simply cannot participate in the economy. The system has become too complex and competitive, leaving behind those who lack resources or support. America’s low labor participation rate and growing homelessness are clear signs of this. None of the people lying on the streets want to be there. They just cannot find a place in the modern economy.

The second major issue is alienation. While caring for my elderly mother, I read online forums where people spoke of locking out their homeless parents or refusing to help them. It was shocking to see how disconnected people have become. In a society where everyone talks about adopting pets, many turn away from their own family members. Scarcity of simple, dignified work and deep social alienation are the real cracks in today’s capitalism. These are also the reasons why socialism and communism continue to gain ground in America, despite their own failures.

Art has been the language of the rich and powerful, and mighty for thousands of years by Mirena Rhee

Art has been the language of the rich and powerful, and mighty for thousands of years - through the hands of known and unknown artists. The pyramids and tombs are painted with art all the churches and institutions in the Renaissance the Pope's palaces.

Even though pictorially art was freed from the agenda of the mighty, they still pay for it. And they write the agenda still. I don't think there is an artist on Earth who's free from the bullshits of politics, and the political agendas the powerful set. We still cater and beg on the carpets of the mighty and their institutions.

No matter what they still pay for it and we still beg on that carpet.

A Jihadi Communist who hates America and barely just got here wants to run the great amazing NYC? He should excuse and hide by Mirena Rhee

He also doesn’t have the experience of ever having a job. They are gonna be wearing burqas in city hall. I hate the idiots that are gonna vote for this ulgy zebra already.

The truth is the city is so corrupt that no real healthy smart capable individual wants to do this and deal with the morons that hold these dumb fuck government jobs. No one in the entire city wants this job I guess.

If you hate Elon Musk - you are an enemy of progress, and America by Mirena Rhee

I have been wondering for a long time how is it possible for educated and smart people to hate Elon Musk. Elon himself had a pretty dramatic in my mind change of heart. He probably knows things I don't.

It occurred to me that the Democrats have positioned themselves to become the champions of the oppressed. Anyone who tries to reindustrialize America is practically an enemy to that agenda. Elon Musk is the mortal enemy to the champions of the oppressed cuz he's trying to remove the most vital oppression there is which is the economic oppression. Happily employed people with interesting things to do don't go looking to support a political party. Now on the other hand the Democrats have figured out what is totally free for them to simply let migrants in and make them instant constituents. This is literally the law of thermodynamics the least amount of expended energy.

Now that women have better position in society and gay people can marry, Democrats looked to create more oppressed.

They want homeless kids and distressed people on the streets, otherwise with all these ngo’s and people involved we should have by now solved homelessness.

Now it makes sense that they're also the champions of violent migrants, genderists, criminals and communists.

Elon Musk is the Democrats mortal enemy. They are the enemy of progress. They want America to fail and they are my mortal enemy also.

American manufacturing should be taught in schools, SpaceX & Tesla etc instead of dumb novels by Mirena Rhee

Why would reading these idiotic novels inspire anyone? To Kill a Mockingbird, The Great Gatsby, Lord of the Flies, Macbeth, Romeo and Juliet, and Of Mice and Men WTF? Pointless made-up shit? How is fucking Macbeth inspiring or Lord of the Flies? Especially the latter is straight up horror movie.

Kids should be reading the biographies of Steve Jobs and Elon Musk, and about the successes of their companies. MANDATORY.

I’d say reading Isaac Asimov should also be mandatory.
